Terms and Conditions
Parents/Carers are solely responsible for their children at all times during Mini Science classes. We take care to ensure materials are non-toxic, parents/carers should take sensible precautions to ensure that materials are not ingested.
Please be aware that some of the activities at Mini Science Club involve use of materials which can become slippery so extra care must be taken.
We advise that old clothes are worn so that you and your child are comfortable to move about in and that if any clothes get wet or marked, there is no issue. Mini Science takes no responsibility for clothes that become stained, marked or damaged.
Mini Science reserve the right to remove anyone from our Mini Science Club without refund, anyone that is found to display disruptive behaviour or bullying others.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made in full. Fully paid places will be given priority.
If your child has any medical conditions these must be declared when completing registration, these include any allergies. This should be kept up to date by emailing/calling us at [email protected] or calling Neil on 07494 067 196.
If your child has had any form of illness, we ask that you do not attend any Mini Science sessions until 48 hours have passed.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes. Please keep us up-to-date by emailing/calling us at [email protected] or calling Neil on 07494 067 196.
If a session is cancelled by Mini Science, a credit will be applied to your account for the value of the missed session. This can be used for a future session. The credit is non transferable and has no monetary value.
We reserve the right to postpone classes, if you can’t attend rescheduled session, a credit will be applied to your account for the value of the missed session. This can be used for a future session. The credit is non-transferable and has no monetary value.
